In order to process your case, you have to identify with BankID. This is required for us to be 100% sure who you are. You will be sent to an external page.

To be able to register your case, you need the following:

Apply for reimbursement

To be able to seek reimbursement, you must have the following:

Online Doctor

To be able to book an appointment, you need the following:

When you press "Continue", you must log in with BankID. Then enter the agreement number you have received from your insurance company. Press book an appointment, answer a few short questions and choose drop-in or book an appointment.

Open the website in your browser.
Go to the top right corner (Chrome) or bottom (Safari) of the browser and tap on the share icon ().
In the menu that appears, scroll down and tap on 'Add to Home Screen'.
Follow any additional on-screen prompts.

For Android users

To install the app on your device (Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge):

Open the website in your browser.
Tap the browser's menu icon:

In Chrome or Firefox: Tap the three vertical dots () in the top right corner.
In Microsoft Edge: Tap the burger menu () in the bottom right corner.

In the menu that appears, look for and tap the installation option:

In Chrome or Firefox: Select 'Add to Home screen'.
In Microsoft Edge: Select 'Add to phone'.

Follow any additional on-screen prompts.

Are you on sick leave or at risk of being on sick leave? Report your case here. You need to log in with BankID.

We will send you an SMS within 3 working days with an invitation to a mapping interview by phone.

Manager

As a manager, you can report a case on behalf of an employee. This requires that you have provided good information to the employee and obtained their consent to report the case.

We will send your employee an SMS within 3 working days with an invitation to a mapping interview by phone.

Helselos has a duty of confidentiality. As a manager, you will not receive any feedback unless the employee agrees to it.
